Establishment of the structure and order of population expenditures in the payment of heat supply services

This paper makes analyses of the establishment of the structure and order of population expenditures in the payment of heat supply services. On this case, a research paper has done studies of the theory while conducting surveys to get a better understanding of the dwellers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Finally, research makes better development of the heating system payment structure in the regions of Uzbekistan while giving better solutions and possible ways of tackling the issue.
