The Role of Human Resources Management in the Development of Creativity among Hospital Staff

The current research aims to determine the relationship between the role of human resources management in the development of creativity among hospital staff working Iraqi government hospitals in Baghdad province, namely Ghazi Hariri Hospital, Al Wasiti Hospital, and Children's Hospital, and the study scale was distributed to them and 192 of them responded (71) of the females and (121) males To measure the research variables, a measure prepared by the researcher, the reliability of the Cronbach's method was (88%), The results showed indicated that the employees within the hospitals departments under study believe that the management of human resources does not contribute to the development of creativity
