However, the core issue that the theoretical and business communities are now focusing on is how to accurately assess the organizational culture of an enterprise and deeply integrate it with the actual operation of the enterprise to make it a powerful tool for improving organizational performance and competitiveness. This study turns the perspective to the field of higher education in China to explore in depth the interrelationship between organizational culture and organizational performance. Research has found that a positive organizational culture is a powerful engine for performance. Negative organizational culture, on the other hand, acts as a heavy shackle that hinders performance. In addition, organizational performance feeds and shapes organizational culture. Based on the above findings, this study further proposes strategies for integrating organizational culture and performance. First, clarify the cultural vision and anchor the value coordinates. Second, focus on cross-cultural integration and expand diversified horizons. Third, deepen the role of leadership and lead the cultural construction. The results of this research are expected to provide ideas and methods with reference value for human resource management in Chinese higher education and help universities optimize their management mode, improve overall performance, and achieve sustainable development.
Gao Shan Copyright (c) 2025 Gao Shan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-02-07 2025-02-07 8 2 486 497 10.31150/ajebm.v8i2.3272 Attracting Investments In The Service Sector Production https://globalresearchnetwork.us/index.php/ajebm/article/view/3274
Research analyzes service sector investments to determine their effects on Uzbekistan's economic growth. The substantial sector growth has led to a 58.4% GDP contribution in 2023 but investors both foreign and local continue to face essential barriers to entry. The study varies from other research by establishing that stakeholders need better knowledge regarding the modernization approaches and structural modifications needed to draw investments successfully. The research evaluates investment patterns together with regulatory overview data through mixed research approaches to discuss financial frameworks and economic data analysis. The analysis indicates that financial services keep expanding in size and microfinance institutions keep increasing while economic zones demonstrate remarkable success in pursuing FDI. Sustainable growth faces challenges from regulatory barriers alongside deficient digital infrastructure along with insufficient workforce competence. This study examines how hedonistic lifestyle, brand trust, product quality, and price perception influence students' decisions to purchase iPhones. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 100 university students in Jember Regency who own an iPhone. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to determine the significance of each factor. The findings reveal that all four variables—hedonistic lifestyle, brand trust, product quality, and price perception—positively and significantly impact purchase decisions. Among these, price perception emerges as the most influential factor, indicating that while iPhones are perceived as premium products, students still weigh their financial value before making a purchase. The study highlights that brand trust plays a crucial role in reinforcing students' confidence in Apple products, while product quality remains a key determinant in sustaining consumer loyalty. Additionally, the influence of a hedonistic lifestyle suggests that social trends and personal gratification significantly drive purchasing behavior. These insights provide valuable implications for marketers and businesses in crafting effective strategies to engage young consumers in a competitive market.
Intan Setia Agustin Nursaidah Nursaidah Jekti Rahayu Copyright (c) 2025 Intan Setia Agustin, Nursaidah Nursaidah, Jekti Rahayu https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-02-12 2025-02-12 8 2 511 520 10.31150/ajebm.v8i2.3281 Exploring the Impact of Digital Marketing Strategies and Customer Perception on Brand Loyalty: Evidence from Eiger Store Jember https://globalresearchnetwork.us/index.php/ajebm/article/view/3282
This study explores the influence of social media marketing, customer experience, and influencers on brand loyalty among Eiger customers in Jember. The research examines NGEO cost structures by analyzing direct versus indirect expenses which affect educational service costs in separate sections. These institutions currently face difficulties when trying to synchronize their financial operations with international accounting rules following governmental sector reforms which aim to improve education sector transparency and efficiency. The research design adopts a qualitative method to understand how non-governmental educational organizations distribute expenses between operational and non-operational activities. Financial management gets assessed through analysis of three main cost elements: material expenses and wages and depreciation share. Reliable data about accounting methods at "Tasdiq A’lo O’quv" and "Istiqbolli Talim" shows the techniques these institutions use to report finances and categorize costs and recognize expenses. The research results demonstrate that financial sustainability depends on having a structured accounting system which follows international reporting principles for effective management of costs. The research presents numeric recommendations to maximize cost management in NGEOs by adopting segmental reporting standards alongside cutting-edge accounting techniques. These findings help the educational sector develop its financial practice standards while providing policy and administrative leaders with useful guidelines for better financial reporting in NGEOs.
Mustafoev Azimjon Farrukhovich Copyright (c) 2025 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-02-11 2025-02-11 8 2 580 586 10.31150/ajebm.v8i2.3294 Strategic Intelligence and its Role in Supporting Job Merit https://globalresearchnetwork.us/index.php/ajebm/article/view/3297
This study intends to examine the contribution that strategic intelligence has towards the determination of job merit in the organizational setting based on the specified sample. The sample size constituted 110 individuals. With a view to attaining the objective of the study, two main hypotheses were formulated to be tested through a series of statistical tools like weighted mean, standard deviation, relative importance, correlation coefficient and regression equation. After analyzing the data collected by the questionnaire form that was designed according to the scales of the strategic intelligence construct (Akhgar & Yates, 2013) and the scale of the job merit variable (Al-Shennawi et al., 2021), the study has reached several conclusions, the most outstanding of which is that the research sample has a clear concept about the major and minor studies and that the increase in the impact of strategic intelligence within the working environment has clear implications for finding supportive behaviors of job merit indicators, including the utilization of all available opportunities and resources and giving full support by the management after determining the strong sides and weak sides in the work environment. The study ended with many suggestions; the most important is how much the organizations need to gather all their potentials in creating a vision of the future and organized thoughts for all requirements of work, supported by providing everything that will raise the motivation of workers and bring them to be included in decisions and work as well to forecast the future.
Thawra Abed Kareem Copyright (c) 2025 Thawra Abed Kareem https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-02-14 2025-02-14 8 2 587 607 10.31150/ajebm.v8i2.3297 Management Information Systems Integration in the Oil and Gas Industry https://globalresearchnetwork.us/index.php/ajebm/article/view/3300
Today, companies cannot function without information technologies, which are vital for optimizing processes and enhancing the integration and coordination of activities. Present research studies estimate the production economics, but there is a gap in the literature on the combined effect of feed costs, market access, logistics and government support on profitability. However, in addressing this gap through this study, a multiple linear regression (MLR) model is applied to deal with data collected from 500 poultry farmers and distributors. The finding of the study shows that feed cost (–2.4) has the greatest negative impact across the performance while market access (12.1) and government support (14.5) increases the financial performance. Logistics issues (-7.8) make profit extremely challenging owing to poor infrastructure and poor cold storage. Solution: The study argues for targeted policies including feed subsidies, better transport infrastructure as well as direct to consumer sales platform. They provide data driven policy recommendation for improving poultry farming efficiency and financial stability to agricultural economics.
Begjanov Berdakh Najimovich Copyright (c) 2025 Begjanov Berdakh Najimovich https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-02-14 2025-02-14 8 2 621 627 10.31150/ajebm.v8i2.3301 The Impact of Administrative Communications in Enhancing The Effectiveness of Administrative Decisions Among Employees of The Iraqi Postal Sector, Yarmouk Branch, Baghdad Governorate - Iraq, an Applied Study https://globalresearchnetwork.us/index.php/ajebm/article/view/3303
The research aimed to examine the importance of administrative communications in achieving the effectiveness of administrative decisions, while the study dealt with two dimensions (official communications - informal communications) in order to achieve the objectives of the study, as the study took employees of the Iraqi postal sector - Yarmouk branch - Baghdad - Iraq, as a sample of the study, while The study followed the descriptive analytical approach.
