Theoretical Issues of Implementing Effective Use of Local Budgets Funds

The article sets out the principles that are bound to serve as a basis for ensuring the effective use of local budgets in Uzbekistan. Conclusions were made on general and specific principles and their application, developing necessary recommendations.
