Analysis of Indicators of the Lending Practice of A Commercial Bank (On the Example of the National Bank)

Abstract

The article analyzes the current state of the financial indicators of the National Bank of Uzbekistan, one of the largest banks in Uzbekistan, related to credit activities, and explains the reasons for the formation of the results. In particular, the analysis was carried out in such areas as the bank's profitability indicators, the share of problem loans, the volume of loan reserves, and the structure of loans by category. Also, based on the results of the analysis, conclusions were drawn and proposals were made to improve lending mechanisms in order to prevent negative situations.
