Abstract

The development of cultural tourism has emerged as a vital driver for economic growth and regional development worldwide. This article explores the critical role of cooperation between the public and private sectors in fostering sustainable cultural tourism. By examining economic aspects of such partnerships, the study highlights how collaborative efforts can optimize resource allocation, enhance infrastructure, and promote cultural heritage preservation while generating significant economic benefits. The research employs a comprehensive review of existing literature, case studies, and economic data to analyze models of public-private cooperation, identify best practices, and assess the impact on local economies. Findings suggest that synergistic partnerships increase investment attractiveness, create employment opportunities, and stimulate small and medium enterprises within the tourism sector. The article concludes with recommendations for policy frameworks that encourage effective collaboration to maximize the economic potential of cultural tourism while ensuring sustainable development.
