This article reveals the spiritual and scientific significance of the issue of ethics in the new stage of development of Uzbekistan. The scientific-theoretical aspect of ethical standardization has been studied from the point of view of the period. Socio-cultural technologies of moral norms are based on raising the spiritual environment in society.
