An Alternative Way to Workout on a Bike in the Winter

At the end of the season, the question arises for many cyclists and amateur athletes: how not to lose the shape earned over the summer and not start all over again at the beginning of the next season? Beyond that, many simply wish they could add more physical activity and sports to their lives during the cold season. An excellent solution in such a situation would be a bike rack.
