On the Prospects of the Organization of Private Detective and Security Activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan

The article deals with issues related to the development of the draft Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On private detective and security activities». The author analyzed the positive and negative aspects of this activity in the case of its legislative regulation. In this regard, the experience of foreign countries and countries of the post-Soviet space was studied. Based on the results of the study, an opinion was expressed on the need to adopt the above law, taking into account the positive foreign experience and the peculiarities of the national mentality.
