Abstract

in this article, Immanuel Kant, one of the first creators of international law and human rights, the author of a brief work on peace, his judgments and conclusions about peace in philosophy, ways to ensure peace and creating a landscape of a holistic socio-political analysis of statehood construction of its time and the freedom and sovereignty of states in human history, the vital principles of peace and peace, which led to the emergence of modern international universal organizations serving to ensure human rights, were expressed in the term “maxims” used by the philosopher himself.
