This article analyzes the impact of the global economy on the tourism market and the role of innovative approaches in tourism development. Such innovative trends as digital technologies, blockchain systems, ecotourism and medical tourism play an important role in increasing the competitiveness of the tourism industry. The article gives recommendations on the strategy of tourism development in Uzbekistan, the impact of global economic and innovation changes on the development of the industry, the introduction of advanced information technologies.
