The research addressed a topic of utmost importance to Iraq and to the Qadisiyah Governorate in particular. It included the most important information, opportunities, and challenges facing this project, as well as its importance to the Iraqi economy and to the Qadisiyah Governorate in particular. The research included both the theoretical and practical aspects of the project, specifically for the Qadisiyah Governorate. The research reached a set of conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which was the need to highlight the geoeconomic importance of Iraq By making it a global commercial connection point, by establishing a modern multi-modal transportation system alongside the Grand Faw Port, as well as the necessity of developing Iraqi railway and highway networks in line with social and economic development, creating job opportunities outside the government sector, and improving the living conditions of the population. As for the Diwaniyah Governorate Improving the governorate's situation, addressing poverty and unemployment, and improving the living conditions of the population requires effort, diligence, perseverance, and a clear, practical, and feasible vision. The more the governorate and its departments are able to prepare themselves to absorb the impact of the development path, attract investment, and improve the economic and social environment, the more priority is placed on preparing and planning for this project, the greater and more fruitful the opportunity for employment and benefit for the benefit of society and the local economy.
