Abstract
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a pivotal role in global economies but face unique challenges amid increasing global instability, including economic volatility, geopolitical tensions, and rapid technological changes. This article explores the application of innovative strategic management models tailored to the dynamic environment confronting SMEs. By analyzing contemporary frameworks such as agile management, lean startup methodologies, and digital transformation strategies, the study highlights how SMEs can enhance resilience, flexibility, and competitive advantage. The research integrates theoretical insights with practical case studies, demonstrating that adopting innovative management models enables SMEs to navigate uncertainty, optimize resource allocation, and foster sustainable growth. The findings contribute to the evolving discourse on strategic agility and offer actionable recommendations for SME leaders seeking to thrive in an unpredictable global landscape.
