Abstract

The article examines the seasonality parameters, since the large number of food processing enterprises in our country are dependent on seasonal processes. For this reason, the economic performance of manufacturing enterprises is analyzed based on Fure series and harmonic functions. Based on the results of the analysis, scientific practical recommendations for the development and improvement of the food industry are developed.
