Foreign Experience and Prospects of Development of Private Detective and Private Security Organizations in Uzbekistan

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the functioning of the system of non-state security of private detectives and private security business, as well as non-state educational institutions that provide professional training and advanced training of private detectives and employees of private security organizations. The author examines the historical aspect of the stated topic, draws attention to the foreign experience of the development of private detectives and security personnel. In addition, the article outlines the main trends in education and the problems of legal regulation of the structures under consideration.
