Content and Essence of Methods and Forms of Crime Prevention

Abstract

This need can also be seen if from the beginning of 2020 to June, more than 610 thousand victims of road accidents were registered in the world, and the number of deaths from coronovirus is more than 432 thousand. This comparative analysis shows that only one traffic accident has a more pronounced connotation than the «COVID-19» virus, which has shocked the entire world as a result of the loss of life. The author paid special attention to the issues of improving the prevention of offenses, taking into account the relevant aspects of this issue. In this direction, the legislation of the CIS member states on crime prevention, scientific views of scientists are analyzed, and one of the first attempts to scientifically substantiate the theoretical aspects of crime prevention, methods and forms of prevention. This scientific publication has developed scientific conclusions, practical recommendations and suggestions for improving crime prevention. These scientific developments can be used in research on the problems of crime prevention, the development and implementation of preventive measures, the development of proposals for improving legislation.
