Ensuring optimal microclimate parameters in residential spaces is essential for a safe and healthy living environment. This study examines the microclimate parameters in apartments of modern multi-story residential buildings, addressing the gap in understanding how architectural and planning features affect indoor conditions and health. The research aimed to assess temperature, humidity, and air movement across different floors and seasons. Methods included hygienic measurements, subjective evaluations by residents, and sociological surveys. Results indicate that upper floors experience higher temperatures, faster air movement, and lower humidity, with over 25% of respondents linking frequent illnesses to housing conditions. These findings highlight the need for improved architectural planning, such as cross-ventilation systems, to enhance residential microclimates and reduce health risks.
