Abstract

This scientific research focuses on the development of a comprehensive and integrated training technology designed specifically for future primary school teachers and special psychologists. With the growing emphasis on inclusive education systems around the world, the collaboration between general education specialists and special education professionals has become critically important. The study underscores that in order to effectively meet the diverse needs of students, it is essential to provide pre-service educators with training that bridges both general pedagogy and specialized psychological support. The research highlights the necessity for interdisciplinary approaches that combine knowledge from multiple domains—pedagogy, psychology, and special education—to foster professional competence and collaborative effectiveness among educators. Moreover, the study proposes a model that emphasizes professional and methodological integration, enabling future educators to work harmoniously in inclusive settings. This includes equipping them with the skills to develop individualized education plans (IEPs), implement differentiated teaching strategies, and understand the psychological and emotional needs of students with special needs. By promoting a deeper understanding of inclusive practices and creating a framework for interdisciplinary cooperation, the research addresses the gaps in traditional teacher education programs. It also offers practical solutions for curriculum designers and teacher training institutions seeking to modernize their training methodologies in line with contemporary inclusive education standards. Ultimately, this study contributes to the theoretical and practical advancement of inclusive education, preparing a new generation of educators who are both pedagogically versatile and psychologically aware, capable of supporting all learners in a diverse classroom environment.
