This study explores the diversification of small businesses and entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan through the integration of innovative technologies. While small enterprises play a vital role in economic growth and employment, their ability to remain competitive is often hindered by limited technological adoption. Addressing this knowledge gap, the research employs a systematic analysis of digital tools such as ERP, CRM systems, artificial intelligence, and e-commerce platforms, assessing their impact on efficiency, cost reduction, and market expansion. Using a combination of statistical abstraction, logical analysis, and real-world observation, the study identifies barriers—such as inadequate infrastructure and limited digital literacy—that impede technological transformation in the sector. Findings reveal that strategic implementation of innovations significantly enhances business operations, with measurable gains in GDP contribution and export share among small enterprises. Notably, digital marketing and AI-based customer analysis tools improve responsiveness to market trends, while resource-efficient technologies promote environmental sustainability. The study concludes that institutional reforms and state-backed initiatives—such as "Digital Uzbekistan – 2030"—must be strengthened to facilitate innovation-led development. These findings offer practical implications for policymakers, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs aiming to harness digital transformation for sustainable, inclusive economic progress.
