This article analyzes the characteristics, indicators and factors of demographic processes in Uzbekistan and examines the impact of demographic processes on determining current and future measures of socio-economic development of the Republic on the basis of an interdisciplinary approach.Reflected the demographic situation among the population of Uzbekistan, as well as the possibility of employment of labor resources, decent work and mitigate this situation
