Abstract

Nowadays the sphere of services needs strengthening interrelation with strategy of development of an economic complex as a whole. Innovative activity in sphere of services in terms of its orientation should not cover only the spheres of manufacture of the goods and their consumption as a whole, but it should trace features of specific consumers.
