Changes around the world have shown how important it is to raise one's morale. Legal education and upbringing is a means to achieve a legal culture, which is one of the main features of the citizens of a democratic state governed by the rule of law. It is necessary to strengthen legal education and upbringing among citizens in order to raise the legal culture, which is an integral part of the spirituality of the individual.
