Development of Legislation on the Legal Regime of Unauthorized Buildings

The article deals with the historical aspects of the relationship between the sale and purchase of buildings, analyzes the legal issues of legislation on the legal regime of unauthorized buildings. It is concluded that in connection with economic changes and large-scale reforms in Uzbekistan, the urgent task is to improve the legislation governing housing relations.
