Abstract

Once this body has been given jurisdiction and members who are distinguished by their independence, impartiality, experience, and sufficient knowledge to decide on these administrative disputes have been appointed, it is necessary to decide these procedures that the administrative courts will follow. According to the administrative judiciary, an administrative matter must always be brought before the clerk's office of the competent court along with a signed petition from an attorney on the court's list of approved attorneys. According to Egyptian legal regulations, attorneys registered with the courts of first instance must be allowed before administrative courts; attorneys registered with the courts of appeal must be admitted before appeals courts; and attorneys registered with the Court of Cassation must be admitted before appeals courts. by the Administrative Supreme Court.
