Abstract

The article deals with the deterioration of the composition of food as a result of the entry of various microorganisms from the external environment. Occurrence of gastrointestinal diseases in humans due to poor quality food. The disease occurs when inorganic toxins enter the food and the food is contaminated with toxin-producing microorganisms. Most cases of food poisoning occur when food is contaminated with microorganisms, and they can be divided into two types.
