Legal Features of the Principles and Methods for Estimating the Cost of Intellectual Property

The article outlines the legal features of the system of general and specific principles of market valuation of intellectual property and considers methods for valuing its objects. The author shows that the use of officially recommended valuation methods leads to unequal results, as a result of which it is proposed to use a new set of methods for estimating the value of intellectual property objects.
