Abstract

A community health center is a functional health organization which is a center for community health development, fostering community participation, providing comprehensive and integrated services to the community in its working area in the form of main activities. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality, location and service costs on consumer satisfaction at the Ranomea Community Health Center, Kec. East Amurang, South Minahasa Regency. This research method uses quantitative research. The population in this research was 8244 while the research sample was 99 respondents. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis with SPPS. The research results show that there is a significant influence of Service Quality, Cost and Location simultaneously on Customer Satisfaction received
