Organizational Climate and Productive Organizational Energy: Investigating The Mediating Role of Workplace Passion

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating function that work passion plays in understanding the relationship between organizational atmosphere and productive organizational energy. The study was predicated on the theoretical premise that a supportive, just, and empowered work environment enhances employees' organizational energy by affecting their internal motives and sentiments, particularly their enthusiasm for their jobs. A descriptive analytical technique was used in the study, and standardized measuring tools for organizational climate, passion, and organizational energy were used to gather data from a sample of 53 employees at the Directorate of Nationality and Residency in the Babil Governorate.The findings demonstrated a statistically significant positive correlation between productive organizational energy and organizational atmosphere. Additionally, statistical analyses demonstrated a high-level mediating effect of work passion, validating its function as a psychological motivational mechanism that explains how employees' professional energy levels are influenced by the organizational environment. As an effective strategy for boosting sustainable organizational energy, the study came to several theoretical and practical conclusions, chief among them the necessity for organizations to concentrate on developing an engaging organizational climate that fosters the development of positive passion.
