The purpose of writing this article is to support the desire of managers to know their worth and to accomplish the task at hand. Create all opportunities for employees to demonstrate their personal qualities and knowledge. The more knowledgeable a person is, the higher the motivation to work, the higher the value of his work, the more he can work independently with self-confidence. Assign work to your employees in such a way that doing it creates personal satisfaction in those employees. Prefer projects that do not go beyond the professional interests of employees. When you assign tasks to your subordinates that require great professional skill from them, ask who is applying for it.
