Abstract

When processing agricultural raw materials, secondary products and production waste are formed. These are secondary commodity resources (in the Ministry of Defense), which are maximally involved in the production process. As a result of grape processing, secondary products: radishes, bundy, seeds and juice from grapes turn into yeast, sediments and other waste.
