PORTRAIT AND ITS ARTISTIC-AESTHETIC FUNCTION IN THE WORKS OF ABDULLA QAHHOR

The article deals with the portrait of Abdullah Qahhor and its artistic and aesthetic function in the work of art. the place of the portrait in the work of art; the appearance of the image; mental state, image of action, ethics, portraiture, relation of the portrait to the parts of the work, giving the author's concept. Aspects of the author's stories "Sarob", "Sinchalak" and "A thousand and one souls" are analyzed in terms of poetic portrait art. The author’s style of portraiture is extremely diverse and its originality is analyzed on the basis of artistic texts. Notes from the researches of L.Levitan, N.Gurovich, M.Sultanova are given and the scientific aspect of the article is enriched.
