Abstract

Employer Branding (EB) is critical to increasing a company's efficiency in recruiting and retaining employees. EB can be thought of as the management's vision for the company in order to make it the best place to work. The research's primary objective is to ascertain the factors that influence employer branding and job satisfaction. A comprehensive review of the available literature was conducted.
