The Influence of Leadership and Training on the Performance of Employee at Regional Education Department of North Sulawesi Province Using Motivation Mediation

The success of an organization or agency is largely determined by its resources, especially human resources who are the main drivers of the organization and who determine the direction and survival of the organization. Human resources must be maintained and continuously developed so that they can provide maximum performance for the organization. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of leadership and training on the performance of employees of the Regional Education Office of North Sulawesi Province, mediated by motivation. The type of research used is a quantitative approach. Data collection using research questionnaires distributed to 105 respondents. The data analysis technique in the study used the structural equation model (SEM).
