Abstract

This article will examine the primary strategies for pupils to acquire English proficiency.  In contemporary society, English is very prevalent and serves as the lingua franca of international communication, recognised globally. Currently, there exists a plethora of methodologies for instructing English. Furthermore, new methods are consistently developed, allowing each educator to select the most appropriate approach for themselves. In higher education, traditional methods are predominantly employed for foreign language instruction.  This article will examine each of these strategies in further depth. Numerous methodologies for acquiring a foreign language exist inside higher educational institutions. Each method possesses distinct characteristics; some are more prevalent and sought for, while others are less so.
